"Obtain a subsidy to do family-orientated training"
The Promoting Excellence in ECI Project offers agencies funding to be used for two training programs in the first half of 2007:
- Strengths Based Training (2 days) offered by Bernadette Glass, skilling ECI practitioners in strengths based, solution orientated conversations & processes with opportunities to practice a client centered approach.

- Family Partnerships Training (5 days) as developed by Professor Hilton Davies. Family Partnership Training will offer you a systematic and evidence-based method to improve your skills, confidence and expertise in working with parents and children.

If you are (i) an ECI practitioner wishing to do either of these programs or (ii) an ECI manager who wants to upskill staff in these areas, a subsidy is available to attend the regular public enrolment courses of each of the above programs.
