Team Around the Child: Working together in early childhood intervention

The book has been written by Sue Davies and members of the Kurrajong Early Intervention Service team who together have a wide range of expertise and experience in the early intervention area. The team consists of therapists, special educators and family support workers. Family centred, transdisciplinary team work with the 'Team Around the Child' concept is the basis of the innovative, dynamic service delivery model developed by Kurrajong Early Intervention Service. An outcomes measurement tool kit has been developed through the project which is included on a disc as part of the book.

This book will allow other professionals and services to take the information and work that Kurrajong Early Intervention Service has found to be successful and incorporate it into their own service and practice where appropriate. For further information
