Our children need:

• Immediate access to Early Childhood Intervention services
• Families who are resourced to help them learn and develop
• Support to achieve in kindergarten and childcare programs

I call on The Honourable John Brumby, Premier of Victoria, to provide the funding to help all Victorian children realise their full potential.
