Call for Posters

Although we have been delighted with the number of papers submitted for the conference, we would very much like to receive more poster submissions. The available display area is large, so the opportunity is still there to submit a poster.

The poster display is an important part of the conference, much enjoyed by participants and an opportunity for you to highlight your work. For example, you might develop a poster which describes:

  • a new practice or programme in your service;
  • a new resource which you have developed;
  • an evaluation of your service;
  • a research study you have conducted.

A time-slot has been allocated on the second day of the conference (Tuesday) for poster presenters to attend their display to respond to questions from participants. However, we are intending to display the posters throughout the conference so we would like to have them in place either before the Welcome Reception on Sunday evening or before the opening address on Monday morning .

Posters should:

  • not exceed 1.0m by 1.4m
  • be clear and able to be read from at least one metre distance
  • include the title, name of author/s, agency, city/town/region and State/Territory.

Author/s may provide handout material relating to the poster.

If you are interested in submitting a poster, we would be pleased if you could forward us a 50 word abstract describing your poster, for inclusion in the Conference Programme. This should be e-mailed to: Rhiane Ball by 29th August.

If you have any further questions regarding poster submissions, please contact Rhiane Ph: (02) 9965 4312 or E-mail: Rhiane Ball
